2. Eat the right foods
You might have heard somewhere that beauty starts from within. There’s a lot of truth in that sentiment, and it’s true that can benefit you from head to toe. 6. Go easy on the brushing
This is especially important when your hair is wet because this is when it’s more susceptible to breakage. If your hair is too knotty after a shower, try using detangling brushes or even natural detangling products to help your hair untangle.
