If you ask most people, they would answer that they’d love to lose a few pounds/kilos of fat. The most common answer is that they want to lose fat that is sitting stubbornly on their belly.



A common misconception is that you have to train extremely hard and eat nothing but salad every day for a long period of time in order to lose fat, but fortunately, that’s not the case. And if it would be true, very few would have the discipline and will to do it.

1.Set realistic goals.

2.Decide how and what you’re going to eat

The most important part of losing fat is your diet. Because the way you lose fat is that you consume fewer calories than you burn. Because when that happens, the body will start burning fat in your body to get energy.


A simple way to get a better understanding of your eating habits is to keep a food diary or a tracking app so you know exactly how much you eat in a day and become conscious of secret calorie traps. You also want to keep track of how much calories each meal you are eating contains. That way, you can identify the biggest crooks and calorie bombs and then remove them from your diet.

3.Manage your portions
It’s easier than you might think to overeat, and every now and then, we’re all guilty of this. The first step, however, is being aware that you are actually doing it. Keep your portions about the same size no matter if you’re eating your favorite dish or something that is less tasty. That way, your body gets used to the portions you are serving, and eventually, you’ll start being satisfied with the size of the portions you’re eating.


4.Make strategic and clever choices

The food you consume is everything when it comes to losing fat, so it is important that you’re smart about your choices.
The simple step is to remove all unhealthy snacks and drinks such as candy, crisps, and soda.
If you still feel the need for snacks and get a sweet tooth, replace the unhealthy snacks with healthier options such as fruits, vegetables, and other. Recently, a lot of brands have popped up that offers healthy and low-calorie snacks that are delicious, as well as keep you full longer.



5.Be active physically
